Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Developer to manage and grow our Upwork Agency account. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in generating leads, winning projects, and building long-term client relationships on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the Upwork Agency account.
• Identify and pursue relevant opportunities to secure projects.
• Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Develop strategies to increase visibility and win rate on Upwork.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development on Upwork.
• Strong understanding of Upwork’s platform, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent proposal writing and communication skills.
