Position Title: Technical Recruiter

Timings: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (On-Site)

Location: Islamabad, Bahria Town Paradise Commercial

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Technical Recruiter who can manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and close technical positions efficiently. The ideal candidate should be skilled at generating a high volume of quality applications and hiring within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
• Generate a high volume of relevant applications for technical roles.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Close open positions quickly while maintaining hiring quality.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical roles.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in technical recruitment (IT, software, engineering roles, etc.).
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and offer-closing skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
