Position Title: Admin Officer

Timings: 4:00 pm to 12:00 am (On-Site)

Location: Islamabad, Bahria Town Paradise Commercial

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage day-to-day administrative operations and maintain accurate control over company inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain inventory records, ensuring stock levels are updated and accurate.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and prepare inventory reports.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and liaise with vendors.
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all admin and inventory-related activities.
  • Prepare expense and usage reports using Excel.
  • Assist management in monitoring office expenses and optimizing resources.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Finance/Administration) or any other relevant field.
  • Proven experience in administration or inventory management will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, reporting, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
