Position Title: Business Developer (Linkedin)

Timings: 5:00 pm to 1:00 am (On-Site)

Location: Islamabad, Bahria Town Paradise Commercial

Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Developer (Linkedin) to join our office-based team and manage high-volume applications for the U.S.-based remote roles in the tracking and analytics domain. The primary goal is to secure consistent interviews for U.S. remote positions through optimized LinkedIn profiles, ATS-friendly resumes, and professional networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply daily to U.S.-based remote jobs on LinkedIn
  • Target roles in tracking, analytics, martech, attribution, and performance data
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles for maximum U.S. recruiter visibility
  • Customize resumes per job posting using ATS keyword strategies
  • Build and maintain a network of the U.S.-based recruiters and hiring managers
  • Send structured outreach messages to recruiters on LinkedIn
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage potential recruiters, hiring managers, and business leads to drive sales opportunities
  • Track and report on applications, recruiter responses, interview invites, and follow-ups
  • Refine application strategies weekly based on callback and interview data
  • Analyze job market trends and competitor profiles to improve application success rates

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn job applications, resume optimization, ATS keyword alignment, and recruiter outreach/networking
  • Strong understanding of U.S. hiring standards, remote hiring practices, and the tracking & analytics job market
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking, martech, and attribution tools
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for advanced recruiter search, lead targeting, and outreach
  • Excellent written English communication
  • Ability to handle daily high-volume applications accurately
  • Highly organized and performance-driven

Bonus

  • Prior experience managing LinkedIn campaigns or talent pipelines
  • Experience working with U.S. startup environments or tech companies
  • Experience using platforms similar to LinkedIn Sales Navigator for recruiter or lead sourcing
