Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer (Cold Outreach) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving business growth through strategic and targeted outreach. You should have hands-on experience with at least one outreach platform — Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, or Sales Navigator — and a proven track record of converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and engage potential clients through effective cold outreach strategies.
- Utilize platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and Sales Navigator to generate and qualify high-quality leads.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead conversion and client onboarding.
- Track outreach performance and optimize strategies for better results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or business development.
- Expertise in at least one outreach platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, or Sales Navigator).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to adapt and improve strategies.
