Position Title: Community Manager

Timings: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (On-Site)

Location: Islamabad, Bahria Town Paradise Commercial

About the Role :

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Community Manager to manage and grow our Skool community. This role is focused on maintaining an active, engaged Skool community while driving relevant audience traffic from external platforms such as Facebook groups, X (Twitter), Reddit, forums, Quora, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and grow the Skool community on a day-to-day basis.
  • Drive targeted audience traffic to the Skool community from external channels including Facebook groups, X (Twitter), Reddit, forums, Quora, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
  • Encourage consistent and high-quality content posting within the Skool community.
  • Initiate discussions, moderate conversations, and ensure a positive and engaging community environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase community engagement, retention, and participation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align community activities with business goals.
  • Track community growth, engagement metrics, and acquisition performance, and share regular reports.
  • Stay updated on community-building trends and best practices relevant to Skool.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing and growing a Skool community or similar gated communities.
  • Strong understanding of audience acquisition from platforms such as Facebook groups, X (Twitter), Reddit, Quora, forums, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and execute community growth strategies end-to-end.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve engagement metrics.
