Position Title: MERN Stack Developer

Timings: 6:00 pm to 2:00 am (On-Site)

Location: Islamabad, Bahria Town Paradise Commercial

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role requires deep technical expertise across both frontend and backend stacks, strong cloud infrastructure skills (particularly on AWS), and the ability to make architectural decisions that ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

As a senior developer, you will play a key role in designing end-to-end solutions, mentoring junior developers, maintaining code quality, and integrating complex third-party services such as the Meta/Facebook APIs and others

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and architecture of modern full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Architect secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, IAM, VPC, etc.)
• Integrate and manage complex third-party APIs, including the Meta/Facebook Marketing API (Graph API) and other external platforms
• Build and maintain microservices while following best DevOps practices
• Optimize backend performance, database queries, and cloud resource usage
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on planning, design, development, testing, and release cycles
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior team members
• Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance requirements
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production-level issues

Required Skills & Qualification:

• Minimum 2+ years of advanced full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in Backend (Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, Microservices), Frontend (React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS), and Database (PostgreSQL, advanced SQL queries, schema design)
• Proven expertise in Meta APIs (Facebook Marketing API, Graph API)
• Hands-on experience integrating multiple third-party APIs (e.g., payment gateways, analytics platforms, CRMs, social platforms)
• Strong knowledge of DevOps and AWS cloud architecture, including: EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, VPC, RDS, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline)
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy applications using microservices architecture
• Excellent grasp of system design, scalability, caching, load balancing, and performance optimization
